1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing games (including Tichuk Tayyo and 2048 Merge Numbers™) published by Arise TechVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our software.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Arise TechVerse grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download and play our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on supported Android devices.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our games.
• Modify, hack, cheat, exploit, automate, or distribute unauthorized mods or APKs.
• Use our games for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Play Store policies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All game titles, trademarks, source code, visual assets, 3D/2D artwork, music, sound effects, characters, logos (including the Arise TechVerse insignia and 2048 Merge Numbers™ brand), and related content are the sole property of Arise TechVerse.

4. In-Game Virtual Items & Ads

Our games may include rewarded video ads or optional in-app purchases. Virtual boosters, undo tokens, and game items are licensed to you, not sold, and have no monetary value outside the game.

5. Closed Beta Testing Agreement

If you participate in our Early Access / Closed Beta Testing programs by providing your Gmail address, you acknowledge that beta software may contain bugs, unfinished art, or balance adjustments. Beta features are provided strictly for feedback and testing purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our games and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Arise TechVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access our games.
